Global Orphan Outreach and our Mission

Our mission is to advocate and support the outreach of orphan children and families in need, through shared resources and awareness worldwide.

Our Vision:

We believe there are many people willing to share their talents and give of their resources, if they had direction and encouragement. People with God given qualities looking to help an orphan, support a needy family, adopt a child, teach a skill, or wanting to use their abilities for the kingdom in charitable work .

We believe in using ministry to build people and not people to build ministry.

We believe that  as a corporate body; we can come together to be a vessel that represents Christ in action. We can do this with credibility, giving dignity to others, with honesty/transparency, and most important- with love. Our God given vision is to have Global Orphan Outreach be that vessel and that we would all be a part of God's bigger plan. Making ourselves available for this purpose and saying "Here I am Lord- Send Me".

Hope for Forgotten Children is an event that is bringing awareness and education to our communities about the pain and suffering of children worldwide and how you too can become involved and make a difference in the lives of forgotten children.

Update 1/1/09:  

The 2009 Hope for Forgotten Children will be held November 7 at the same location.  More details forthcoming.

Update 11/01/08: 
Hope for Forgotten Children 2008 was an awesome event with speakers who inspired, encouraged, and educated families.  As one person so wisely said, "We cannot help them all but we can help some."  Together we can bring hope to orphan children and families and not leave them forgotten.
